The American BLS Services Corp, Inc. certifications have been accepted by employers worldwide. Unfortunately, some employers require a specific course and might not accept an American BLS certification. If your certification card is rejected for employment, we will refund the price of the certification and cancel your order.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of your certification date.
To get a refund you must mail your wallet card back to American BLS with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Your Order Number
- Name of the Rejecting Person/Agency
- Phone for Rejecting Person/Agency

If you do not include all of the above information, your refund will not be processed. We will issue the refund after we have received your wallet card/information and contacted the rejecting agency. This will take 2-3 business days after we receive the card.
